Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Completing payment via Stripe reserves your time slot and triggers your confirmation email.
Full refund with 48-hour notice
Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled session and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
One free reschedule with 24-hour notice
Need to move your session? You get one free reschedule as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Missed sessions are not refunded
Sessions missed without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. If an emergency arises, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Written brief guarantee
If your written deliverable is missing a promised item after one revision, you receive a full refund on request. We stand behind the quality of every engagement.
