Six stages. Six artifacts. You are done with a stage when you have produced the thing, not when you have watched the thing.
Built by a retired US Army Major, Systems Engineer/Program Manager, and retired government employee, who took his own company through SBA certification on the first submission.
A five-minute assessment puts you on a specific stage based on where your business actually stands.
Not a certificate. A real document you will use — an entity packet, a country file, a movement order.
Every stage includes a free drill that shows you what is wrong. The paid session is where we fix it together.
Stages 0 through 2 are the same for everyone. The assessment tells you which branch you are on.
"Where am I actually standing?"
Your Placement Card
None. Everyone starts here.
What this stage does not do: It does not determine your eligibility for any certification, visa, or program. It tells you where to start.
"Should I be doing this at all, and what exactly am I selling?"
Your Mission Statement Card — one sentence naming what you sell, who pays for it, what they pay, and whether delivering it requires you to be in the room
Placement Card
What this stage does not do: It does not write your business plan or validate your market for you.
"Make it real, legal, and bankable while I'm still in the United States."
Your Entity Packet — formation documents, EIN letter, operating agreement, business bank account, registered agent on file
Mission Statement Card
No one passes this stage on self-report. Every stage above this one assumes a clean entity underneath it. A defect discovered at Stage 5 costs you a move.
What this stage does not do: It does not form your entity for you and it is not legal advice. A licensed attorney reviews your documents, not us.

Entity Packet
Most relocation advice starts with visas. Starting with visas is why people move abroad and discover in month four that their income required a zip code.
What this stage does not do: It does not build your systems for you. It tells you which ones will fail.
"Which country, which visa, and what am I actually permitted to do once I'm there?"
Your Country File — one country selected, one visa category identified, three named professionals, and a written statement of what you will and will not be permitted to do
30-Day Remote Proof
What this stage does not do: It does not select a visa for you, prepare any application, or advise on immigration law. It teaches you what to ask licensed counsel in that country.
"Execute the move without breaking the business."
Your Movement Order — a dated sequence from today to residency card in hand, with decision gates, a day-count calendar, and a return plan
Country File
Every Movement Order includes a return plan. Not as a hedge — as a discipline. A veteran who has priced the cost of coming home makes better decisions abroad.
What this stage does not do: It does not file anything on your behalf or guarantee any timeline. Governments control their own calendars.

A reviewed Global Operating Plan and a written after-action review of your defense session

What this stage does not do: It does not approve your plan. It stress-tests it. Where does revenue come from in month nine? What happens at day 184? Who signs when you are unreachable? What is your trigger to come home?
Most guidance for Americans moving abroad begins with countries and visas. That is the wrong end of the problem. A visa determines whether you are allowed to be somewhere. It does not determine whether you can eat.
This pathway makes you prove your income travels before you spend a dollar on flights, and makes you fix your entity while you are still in the country where fixing it is easy. The hardest stage is Stage 3, and you can complete it without leaving your house.
